SIPP FOCUS DEED & RULES

In response to changes in pension legislation introduced on 6 April 2011, which we have previously identified in a letter and in our previous news item ‘Government Confirms Key Changes to Retirement Benefits’ on 20 January 2011, we have updated the rules of SIPP Focus to reflect the amendments, and particularly the changes post age 75.
We are currently writing to all SIPP Focus clients with the details regarding SIPP Focus deed and rules and why we felt it necessary to make these changes.
